macbook pro

So I bought myself a MacBook Pro with my financial aid check. At first I was reluctant to buy a Mac, since I've always been a PC man. I am a computer science student and most things in programming are learned on the PC in Linux. I've recently learned that you can program in C and C++ on the Mac. In fact the Mac operating system is programed in objective-C.

My other concern was the duel-core processor. On a PC for what I do a duel-core processor is slow and sometimes unresponsive. This is not the case with the duel-core processor on the Mac. It runs very smooth and without issue.

Don't get me wrong I love my new Mac it is a lot lighter than my PC laptop and a lot easier to carry around. This is especially important when your college textbooks weigh a ton (every pound counts)

I will not however be trading my PC desktop in for an iMac anytime soon.
